Report a possible error
Use our contact page and include the page address, the specific statement or citation, why it may be wrong, and a supporting source when available. Do not send private medical records or other sensitive health information.
How reports are triaged
- Urgent safety: potentially dangerous treatment, medication, diagnosis, or emergency guidance is assessed first and may be removed from indexable publication while reviewed.
- Factual or citation: we compare the statement with the cited source and current authoritative evidence.
- Freshness or presentation: we correct stale dates, broken references, ambiguous wording, and display defects according to their impact.
Correction outcomes
A confirmed issue may result in a text or citation correction, expanded context, review-label removal, temporary noindex status, redirect, or removal. Material changes invalidate any review that applied only to the earlier revision.
Public correction log
No material public corrections are currently recorded. When a published page receives a material correction, this section will identify the page, date, and nature of the change without exposing reporter data.
