Medical knowledge you can interact with

Evidence-checked health guides.

Read the guide, then check the evidence behind it — every source shown, every cited DOI retraction-checked, and every review status stated honestly.

Guides matching your question appear as you type — every claim checked against its source. Asking directly happens in the ModernDoc app, coming soon.

Start with a question, end with evidence you can check.

Certified guides

Every released guide passes the same source, quality, and publication gates.

Conditions

Health guides about diagnosed conditions, diseases, and disorders.

Drugs

Medication guides covering uses, evidence, safety, and practical tradeoffs.

First guides arriving in: Treatments, Wellness, Research. Sections appear here only after a guide has passed the complete publication certificate.

How every page is made

Guides are AI-assisted research summaries. Before publication, every article must pass nine automated gates — in the order they run:

  1. Style & regulatory review
  2. Uniqueness
  3. Structure & schema
  4. Content integrity
  5. Citation resolution — every cited DOI is checked against CrossRef retraction data
  6. Claim-to-source entailment
  7. Safety judge
  8. Multi-persona review panel
  9. Adversarial refutation

Passing automated checks is not the same as clinician review — and we say so. A named reviewer appears on a guide only after reviewing the exact version shown; until then its review status reads “Medical review pending,” and an edit voids any prior approval. Each released guide carries a release certificate binding its exact content; if a page stops matching its certificate, it comes down automatically.

Know when the evidence changes

Each research monitor offers email updates: ModernDoc emails you when a validated finding on that page is added or corrected — nothing else, no fixed schedule, double opt-in. Sign up on the monitor you care about:
