Privacy Appeal
Use this tracked process to appeal Modern Doc, Inc.'s refusal to act on all or part of a privacy request.
You will need the reference from your original request and access to the same email address. Do not include health details, chat transcripts, images, passwords, or passcodes.
We will provide a written appeal decision within 45 days after receipt. If an appeal is denied, the decision will include the reason and the applicable Attorney General contact path.
